I relocated to the Myrtle Beach area 7 years ago from Reno, Nevada, where I owned my real estate brokerage for 15 years, licensed for 31 years. We all have our reasons to relocate and mine was my grown children and my grandbabies. Most of them live on the East Coast, so I kicked the sand, sold my house, bought a motorhome and drove cross country with my pitbull, Philly. What an adventure! I truly love my job working with buyers, sellers, and investors. In the span of my career, I have sold over 1500 homes, 20 businesses, and helped so many people with their investments, as well as my own. But truly, this is my passion, Real Estate. I've done my research here at North Myrtle Beach, Grand Strand, Golden Mile, and the surrounding towns. I've shown many homes, closed many, and put together quite a few successful portfolios for investors. The country is amazing and so is the beach. The best of both worlds for Buyers and Sellers. It's a unique experience to buy an oceanfront property and I've made it one of my passions to do research to make sure my investors make money and are always in the black and not in the red.
